The Woodlands, Texas

We fix the zone that quit. Then we run the rest of the yard.

Pine shade, clay, and HOA mowers beat up irrigation here. We diagnose on site, replace the failed part, and leave water on the grass — not the street.

What we work on

Most calls in Grogan's Mill, Creekside Park, and Cochran's Crossing are the same three jobs: a dead station, a leak in the lateral, or a clock that lost its program. We carry Hunter, Rain Bird, and Toro parts that match what is already in the ground.

Valve Repair

Stuck, leaking, or humming valves rebuilt or replaced.

Wet depression in a lawn from an underground sprinkler leak

Leak Detection

Underground breaks found with as little digging as we can manage.

Drip Irrigation

Beds, hedges, and trees on their own station so turf is not soaked.

Commercial & HOA

Office parks, HOA entries, and common areas on a schedule you can live with.

How a call goes

  1. Call or send the form. Tell us the village and what’s wrong — dead zone, leak, clock, or a head that’s geysering.
  2. A licensed irrigator shows up, walks the yard, and runs every station, not just the one you noticed.
  3. You get a price before any pipe is cut or any valve comes out.
  4. We fix it, run that zone again, and keep water on the grass instead of the street.

No extra hourly bill once we’re in the dirt. If a second break shows up, we stop and tell you before we keep going.

Villages we cover

The Woodlands is not one lawn type. Grogan's Mill still has original PVC. Creekside Park has builder clocks that were never set for shade. We schedule by village so the truck is already on that side of 45 or 242.

Panther Creek

Panther Creek lots mix sun and shade along the sidewalks.

Indian Springs

Indian Springs clay holds water at the surface, then cracks.

Alden Bridge

Alden Bridge still has plenty of builder clocks.

Creekside Park

Creekside Park is newer, with short laterals and HOA lawns.

College Park

College Park mixes houses, brick-mounted clocks, and commercial edges.

What fails here, in order

A dead station is usually the valve. A wet strip is usually a lateral leak. A blank screen is usually the clock or transformer. Heads the mower clipped are a head swap, not a new system. Public-water lots still need backflow tests when the MUD or city asks.

We write a price before we cut pipe. If you want the long version of a symptom, start on the blog or call (832) 702-3111.
